Early morning explore any one zone of Kaziranga National Park on the back of an elephant. Apart from world's endangered One Horned Indian Rhinoceros, the Park sustains half the world's population of genetically pure Wild Water Buffaloes, over 1000 Wild elephants and perhaps the densest population of Royal Bengal Tiger anywhere. Kaziranga National Park is also a bird watcher's paradise and home to some 500 species of Birds. We will return to the resort for breakfast. In the afternoon we proceed for a jeep safari. Evening come back to the hotel. Overnight stay at Kaziranga National Park. Note: Elephant rides and timings are decided by the Kaziranga National Park Management. After breakfast, proceed to Shillong, also called 'Scotland of the East Coast'. Reach the majestic Umiam Lake (Barapani). You may do the watersports here (at your own cost). On arrival at Shillong, check in at your hotel. Evening you can visit Police Bazaar which is the biggest local market. Overnight stay at Shillong.
After an early breakfast drive to Cherrapunji, this is the wettest place in the world. Here you will visit Eco Park, Dainthlen Falls, Nohkalikai Falls, Nohsngithiang Falls (Seven Sisters Falls), Mawsmai Cave, Thangkharang Park. Evening return to Shillong.Overnight stay in Shillong.
Post breakfast check out from the hotel and take transfer to the Guwahati airport/railway station for your onward journey.
